school today was tiring.
trained after school.
the track meet is next week.
i am getting jittery.

i simply love my school clique.
especially ling, andrew and jon.
so guess how surprised i was when andrew said that he has feelings for ling.
and i guess ling knows because andrew has been dropping hints and being real nice to her recently.
somehow i am not sure if i am all for their relationship.
that is, if they ever get into one together.
because i know that if they break, then the clique will be gone.
leaving me and jon all alone.
so i advised andrew to think over it thoroughly.

i thought about how the running has changed me.
now i can barely let a day pass without having a good run.
at times dee runs with me.
then manda and even shadow.
but still sometimes i have to run all alone.
which is good because i can then think about loads of stuff.

i feel so sluggish.

meaning i feel dead and tired.

just yesterday,
i did almost 50 sit-ups and some yoga.
my whole body ached at night.
and i realised that my weight is now 44kg?!

and my bmi is only like 16.2.
i am so unhealthy.
and yet delighted.
