i thought about how the running has changed me.
now i can barely let a day pass without having a good run.
at times dee runs with me.
then manda and even shadow.
but still sometimes i have to run all alone.
which is good because i can then think about loads of stuff.

i feel so sluggish.

is that even a word?
and before any of you idiots out there say anything destructive,
note it's SLUGgish.
not SLUTtish.
meaning i feel dead and tired.
no bones like a slug.

just yesterday,
i did almost 50 sit-ups and some yoga.
my whole body ached at night.
and i realised that my weight is now 44kg?!
mandy was like 'what the shit! you skinny baboon.'
and my bmi is only like 16.2.
i am so unhealthy.
and yet delighted.

i bet if i am like those models,
way up at 170cm and weighing only 35 - 40kg,
i will die from glee.
maybe i should make that my goal.

i love my life.

now for news update on my love life.
thank you to kaleb for once again sending me sweet flowers.
but like i said before,
it's no use trying.
and dee gave me this sort of a face,

mum is planning a trip for the whole family to paris this june.
when i say whole family,
i mean mum,
dad,
me and sher.
shawn won't be going as he has his ns to commit to.
and alicia.
so i guess shadow will be putting up at a boarder.

oh hooray!
i am so gonna buy loads and loads of clothes.
i should probably start saving up too.
